TIME IN NATURE, MOVEMENT, AND BEING CREATIVE, COMBINE TO ENABLE YOU TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND WHAT EXERCISE, LIFESTYLE PATTERS AND BEHAVIOURS WILL MOST BENEFIT YOUR BODY AND MIND.

Nurture the health of your body and mind in the restorative presence of nature, as you develop a deeper understanding of your body and who you are. Create a bespoke armoury of strategies and behaviours to help manage adversity, or a daily practice to rejuvenate and become happier and healthier. Discover self-acceptance, new passions, strength and confidence.

Suitable for ages 16+. Any ability.

NATURE CONNECTION + CALM INTROSPECTION

Embracing the many ways that nature can calm - even heal - the body and mind, discover how to use the body’s senses to truly connect restore with the natural world. Learn how time spent in nature can contribute towards creating and sustaining more energy and focus, lower stress levels, improve mental wellness, and even boost the immune system.

MOVEMENT + LIFESTYLE  

Explore and accept your body and discover what types of movement inspire and motivate you. Understand how to establish realistic and healthy lifestyle behaviours and patterns to improve physical and mental wellness, across movement, sleep hygiene, diet and nutrition. Deepen your knowledge around how your experiences and challenges have shaped who you are.

CREATE + EXPRESS  

Taking time to be curious, and to really see the world around you, can be hugely rewarding. Indulge in your ability to be creative and express how you feel, to discover how liberating it can be to freely convey an idea or emotion, whether capturing the patterns of nature, or playing with the complexity of words. Be guided to shape your own creative outlet, and find your own creative voice.
